 At ArtScanAndPrint, we offer the most accurate, color-faithful scanning experience available today. Before You Ship

Please read these instructions carefully before packaging your artwork.

  • Packaging: Package your artwork with care double boxing is ideal. We recommend avoiding loose packing material and ensuring the artwork cannot move inside the package
  • No Glass or Packing Peanuts: Do not ship anything with glass or packing peanuts. Any items shipped with glass or containing packing peanuts will be immediately refused and returned.
  • Framed Works: If your work is framed, please remove any glass before shipping.

We may reuse your original packaging for return shipping, or opt to use our own materials if we believe it will improve safety. All return shipments are billed and must be paid prior to the artwork being returned.

Turnaround & Billing

  • Scanning typically begins within 5–7 business days after your invoice is paid in full.
  • Digital scan files will be delivered via secure download link within 1–5 business days after scanning is completed.
  • You will receive a finalized invoice in advance for review. No scanning work will proceed until full payment is received.

Service Levels

You’ll be able to choose from the following scan options within the form:

  • High quality, budget friendly scan with rough crop and no editing: Perfect for volume submissions or archiving. Highest fidelity capture, ready for your own post processing.
  • High Quality Scan with Editing: $250/hr (covers up to 5 pieces). Includes crop, color correction, and light adjustments.
  • Custom Request: Let us know in the notes

Shipping Method Options

  • Standard Carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.)
  • LTL Freight for Crated Packages: We require liftgate service for delivery. A BOL/waybill number must be provided if this option is selected.
  • Local Drop off and pick up: Appointments required for Local Drop off and pick up.

  • We are a “print at your own risk” facility. We do not accept liability for submitted images or instructions that are unclear, incorrect, or improperly formatted.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any scan or print request that may violate copyright protections. We may request proof of copyright ownership before proceeding.
  • If you are submitting copyrighted material without authorization, you agree to hold ArtScanAndPrint harmless from any legal claims.
