What to Expect
Once you submit your order form, we’ll send over a detailed invoice before printing begins. This gives you time to review, ask questions, and ensure everything is just right. All invoices must be paid in full before we print. No work will begin until payment is complete.
Print pricing is based on the total print size including any border setup. You can view pricing details here:
File Setup Options
We offer two options for file setup:
- Option 1: Print What I Sent
We offer two options for file setup:
Selecting this means your print will be produced untrimmed and exactly as submitted. All sales are final with this option, and you accept full responsibility for file quality and layout.
- Option 2: I Want You to Set Up My Files for Me
Our expert team can prepare your files for print. This service is billed at $250/hour, with a 1-hour minimum (up to 5 images).
If you need a quote before proceeding, just let us know in the notes section. This service includes layout preparation, basic trimming, and color/mastering adjustments as needed.
All of our print media meets or exceeds national archival standards.
