All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom nature of our products and services, all sales are final. Once an order has been placed and production has begun, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.

Proofing Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all file details (including resolution, color, sizing, cropping, and content) before submitting their orders. We do not review or edit customer files for content or accuracy as part of our standard service.

Damages in Shipping

We package all shipments carefully to ensure they arrive safely. We are not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping. Customers are encouraged to request insurance coverage when arranging shipping for their artwork or prints.

If your order arrives damaged in transit, please document the damage immediately with photographs and contact the carrier to file a claim. We will do our best to assist you in that process but cannot issue refunds or replacements for items damaged in transit.

Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you believe there is a defect or error in your order that was caused by our production process (not by your submitted files), please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. We may request photos or the return of the item for review. At our sole discretion, we will determine whether a replacement or other resolution is appropriate.
